The use of gelatin tablets
The gelatine sheets need to be soaked in ice water for 5 minutes to soften completely, then gently wring off the drained water with your hands and adding to the gelatinized mixture.
Make sure the mixture is warm, or the gelatine will coagulate quickly and cause particles to form. If the mixture is cold, place the gelatine pieces in a small saucepan, add a little water, and heat until liquid. Do not boil. Then pour it into the mixture.
Whether it is cold or hot, stir the gelatine until it is completely gone.
Do not use hot water when softening. Do not break gelatine into small pieces, but soften the gelatine as a whole. Do not wring out moisture with overheated hands.
